Our first workshop in Roorkee is a shining example of Agrocrete®’s strength and sustainability. Built entirely with Agrocrete® solid blocks, this 1,100 sq. ft. load-bearing structure was constructed without a single piece of steel, showcasing its unparalleled durability. Incredibly, this structure has withstood 2 earthquakes and 3 cyclones, standing strong as a testament to Agrocrete®’s resilience. Termite-resistant and still actively used by a plastic manufacturing industry, this is our oldest building and a landmark achievement in sustainable construction. Built in just 4 days, this was our first carbon-negative structure, locking away 3.1 metric tonnes of CO2 in its blockwork. A true game-changer in eco-friendly innovation!
