Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which GreenJams BuildTech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts returns, processes refunds, and offers exchanges for products purchased directly from us, whether online or offline. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We endeavour to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return and refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.
The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
2.2 Returns received after the expiry of the 15-day period will not be accepted.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
3. Return Process
3.1 Customers must initiate a return request by emailing hello@greenjams.org with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
3.2 The product must be shipped to:

3.3 The customer shall bear all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1 Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will inspect it to verify compliance with the return eligibility criteria.
4.2 The Company shall, within a reasonable period, notify the customer via email of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
5. Refunds
5.1 If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account, as applicable.
5.2 Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:
a) Verify with your bank account or credit card provider;
b) Allow for applicable processing times;
c) If the issue persists, contact hello@greenjams.org for assistance.
7. Exchanges
7.1 Exchanges will be granted only for defective or damaged products.
7.2 Exchange requests must be initiated by emailing hello@greenjams.org within the 15-day return window.
7.3 Replacement items will only be dispatched after the defective product is received and inspected by the Company.
8. Gifts
8.1 Products purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will be eligible for gift credit equal to the value of the returned product, once the return is processed.
8.2 If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage;
Products altered, modified, or treated with non-approved additives or coatings in violation of applicable BIS standards or Company instructions;
Products returned without original packaging or documentation.
10. Governing Standards
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to compliance with the standards applicable to blocks conforming to IS 1725 and any other relevant Indian Standards, as amended from time to time.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s maximum liability under this Policy shall be limited to the total invoiced value of the product returned.
